Cub Cadet FMZ42 SD

Review

The Zero Cub Cadet FMZ42 SD Giro Cadet SD is the smallest and less powerful model of the CUB Cadet FMZ50 SD. The FMZ42SD obtains its power of a Kohler engine with head valves. It is a monocylindrical model that uses a standard air filter to clean air inlet and prevent dust and other particles from entering the engine where they can potentially obstruct it. The FMZ42-SD engine uses two HG2800 hydrostatic transmissions to convert it into automatic. Luckily, this means that you will never have to worry about changing your march.

The most interesting thing about the Zero Cub Cadet FMZ42 SD gyrus cut is the fact that it has 5 wheels (not counting the wheels of the anti-scaled calibrator at the edges of the top platform). The front wheel is semineumatic, while the rear wheels are pneumatic and are responsible for the direction. Each measures 15 × 6 (15 inches in diameter, 6 inches wide). The wheels of the medium are those that transfer the power to drive the FMZ42SD top forward or backward. Each of them measures 20 × 8 (20 inches in diameter, 8 inches of width). The maximum speed of the FMZ42-SD is 9 km/h (5. 6 mph) forward and 4. 5 km/h (2. 8 mph) when it goes back.

The FMZ42 SD cadet platform has a 4 2-inch cutting width thanks to 2 identical blades. The floating platform uses a 4-wheel system anti scalping tied to the edges to save it from taking the earth/grass while traveling on it. The platform has an operation range of 3. 5 inches, from a height of 4. 5 inches on the ground (when the grass is particularly thick or wet) to a height of only 1 inch on the ground (when a cut is soughtvery tight).
