The Zero Toro Timecutter Z5040 Giro Specker obtains its power of a two cylinder Kawasaki engine. This engine has a total power of 21 hp. It has head valves and a complete pressure lubrication system that has a turn in the oil filter. The air that enters the engine passes first through a cartridge air filter to remove dust and other particles so that it does not get the engine. The engine is started with a 12 volt battery. The engine power is transferred to the rear wheels in the Time Cutter Z5040 using a dual hydrostatic transmission system that gives the infinite spinning marks traveling forward, as well as in reverse.
