Bad Boy 6100 Outlaw

Review

The Bad Boy 6100 Outlaw Zero Turn Mower is powered by the same engine as the Bad Boy 5400 Outlaw. It is a 30 hp Briggs and Stratton model that is fed by a very large gasoline tank. This tank has a maximum capacity of 54. 9 liters of gasoline. This motor in the 6100 Badboy powers the mower deck that has a 61-inch width of cut (I hope the model name says so!). The platform has a huge reach. It can cut grass as low as 1 inch above the ground, but if you’re dealing with very wet or long grass, it can go up to 5. 5 inches above the ground. Raising and lowering the mower deck is accomplished by a manual, foot-assisted deck-lift system.

The Bad Boy 6100 Outlaw’s deck is made of 0. 25-inch-thick steel. Attached to the outer perimeter of this steel deck is a series of 6 gauge anti-cut wheels. These wheels prevent the blades from cutting into the ground when moving over uneven terrain. The engine drives the 6100 mower deck blades through a belt drive system.

The top speed of the Bad Boy 6100 Outlaw zero-turn mower is very impressive, coming in at 13 mph (20. 9 km/h). This is thanks to the rear wheels that drive it, each measuring 24×12-10 (24-inch diameter, 12-inch wide, 10-inch rim diameter). The Badboy 6100 Outlaw comes standard with a folding roll bar (ROPS) to protect the driver. One important thing to note is that the mower is much wider than its 61-inch cutting width due to the discharge flap attached to the side that prevents grass clippings from flying everywhere. There are a number of accessories that are compatible with this mower from mulching kits to rollers to de-thatchers.
