The John Deere X485 spectacés is part of the Machine ‘X’ series that includes the John Deere X475 and John Deere X495. Like many of the John Deere hostages of this range, the JD X485 also has some available variants. There is a John Deere X485se 2Ws that includes many additional features including bull bars. The John Deere X485 AWS is the same as the normal model, except that All Wheel Steering (AWS) technology has it makes it incredibly agile when turning. The 3 variants use the same 25 hp engine. This V Bicilindrical engine is Kawasaki’s FD671D model. It works with gasoline and has a liquid cooling system for the engine. The air filter is made up of a double paper element to prevent impurities from entering the combustion chamber.
The John Deere X485 is understandably quite heavy. The normal version weighs 381 kg, while the AWS version weighs 408 kg. Without the borrowing attached to the rear of the JD X485, it is still very long compared to other JD hostages. It measures 2 m long. With an coupled borrowing, it will be much longer. The John Deere X485 spectacés uses Twin Touch pedals to control its speed and direction (forward or back). This is thanks to a hydrostatic and automatic transmission. I’m lovin ‘it. Remove Michigan’s snow beyond expectations. JD has designed an excellent blade in the back, so it has a lot of weight on the rear tires. Remove the snow without chains if you want to take your time. Chains just have to put the blade down and push away. I have seen small agricultural tractors that do not do it so well. Enough weight to work. Cut high and heavy Céspedes without complaining … twice last year because I work too many overtime and say they give the mowing. Raised a few acres of Christmas trees and the x485 mow all the weed/grass of the field. I use the grower to remove the garden land and the rear blade to push it. Push the earth enough to work in the garden. Most often with the coupled rear blade and loose it to level the moles of moles ….. the rear blade rotates in turn, so be careful when it is close to things. It does a short hormigueros job. 9 years old now … voltage regulator went out and the starter solenoid. Nothing else has failed or broken. My room JD 100-317-345 and now x485 … the best so far.
